Bearys have entered the retail sector as a dealer partner for world renowned Herman Miller furniture. Bearys have also forayed into Information technology with Bearys Global InfoTech Ltd.
Environment - All Bearys projects are eco-friendly initiatives that respect nature, contribute to the neighbourhood and environment and are synonymous with ‘Sustainable Green Development’. To the Groups credit is ‘Bearys Global Research Triangle’, India’s First Platinum LEED Certified Research Park both by USGBC and IGBC among other unique award winning landmarks. Bearys is perhaps the only developer to have 3 LEED certified buildings to its credit.
Education - The passion instilled by his late father who was a teacher has helped him found many educational institutions from primary to collegiate levels and professional colleges in his native Kodi, Kundapur, Udupi and Mangalore including an engineering college, Bearys Institute of Technology in Mangalore.
Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary attributes his success to nothing but his unflinching faith in the Almighty and a belief that it is ultimately only one’s deeds that will be remembered by posterity. It is this eternal truth and conviction that helps him passionately drive every endeavour making it unique, distinct and worthy.
