Iconsiam and Benoy featured in Mingtiandi – a leading real estate publication
Benoy has been featured in an article in Mingtiandi, a leading real estate publication in Asia, which provides an in-depth look about the role we played in collaborating on the retail interiors of Iconsiam – one of Bangkok’s most impressive shopping and leisure destinations. This comes on the back of Iconsiam winning a prestigious Gold award at MAPIC on November 14th, after having already won three ICSC Gold awards the previous month.
The Mingtiandi article includes fascinating insights from Amelia Robinson, project lead and Senior Associate Director at Benoy. For example, she discusses how the Benoy design team travelled to Bangkok to immerse themselves in the history, art and design traditions of the city. This provided them with the knowledge needed to produce a design which was in harmony with Thailand’s cultural conventions.
Simon Bee, Benoy’s Global Design Director, also explains in the article how Benoy’s philosophy of “commercial creativity” motivated the project, to create a commercially successful and innovative environment.
