TATA Center in Gurgaon nears completion

Two of three Benoy designed office towers for TATA are now built and operational in Gurgaon, India, on the outskirts of New Delhi.

The three office towers, elegantly proportioned, feature a variety of external courtyards, themed around tranquil ​‘Monsoon Gardens’. The 31,979 m² mixed-use development features three stand alone office towers and a ground level retail podium, with basement parking beneath. The design creates a human scale urban district that provides a lively, diverse environment for both work and leisure.

The third tower will be completed in the second phase of the development.
