We have a fully integrated TMT Steel manufacturing set up. Our product is being supplied all the small and Large Reputed Infrastructure companies of India. We are also supplying to all Wind Turbine Generate (WTG) and independent power Producers ( IPP ) companies all over India. Our product is equivalent to the prime manufacturers of India.

We are Pioneer in Supplying “ Cut and Bend” Ready to use Foundation sets in Wind Power Segment.
Foundation steel sets ranging from 12 MT to 52 MT comprising of 8/10/12/14/16/20/25/28/32mm TMT
bars are supplied on wind site Location.
We are supplying “Cut and Bend” foundation sets to almost all the WTG and IPP ‘s all over India.
Have supplied almost 1.8 Lac MT consisting of Over 7000 WTG foundations in “Cut and Bend” form in
since last 7 years in Wind Industry.
Supplies have been made to almost all WIND SITES located in India namely ,
> Maharashtra , Gujrat , Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh ,Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan
Cutting and Bending of Steel is done on state of the art “Fully Automatic Machines” imported from ITALY ,
USA and SOUTH KOREA .

Use of “ Shree Om 500 Cut and Bend” Ready Made Steel saves 10‐12 % Steel ,ZERO Wastage at Site.
Saves time, as it eliminates Cutting and bending activity at site and ensures timely completion of project.
We ensure accurate cutting and Bending of Steel as per the given “Bar Bending Schedule”, which is not
possible manually at site , there by consuming more steel.
The Steel can be unloaded directly at the location instead of steel yard , which saves time and loading and
unloading cost.
We assure timely completion of foundations at site , as we have huge installed capacity and delivery is very
fast and we can meet the schedule given by the clients.
Most difficult complicated shapes can be supplied as per the drawing, which are difficult to be done at site.
Issuing foundation steel is easy and reconciliation of steel supply to contractor is eliminated.
Zero Inventory ,No Pilferage or theft on site , since just in time delivery is given on the location.
