Flooring: 2’ X 2’ Vitrified flooring in all rooms. Anti Skid Tiles Flooring in Bathroom, W.C. & Terraces.
Doors: The main door will be flush door with decorative laminate sheet fitting having door bell point, door eye piece for safety. Beautiful brass handles, safety chain & night latch. Bedroom will have flush doors with mortise lock & oil paint finishing.
Kitchen: Black Granite top Kitchen platform with S.S. Sink and Dado tiles up to lintel level. 1’-6” wide R.C.C. loft in Kitchen above door opening.
Windows: Marble Sill for all windows. Aluminum powder coating sliding windows with Safety Grill & with mosquito prevention net. The windows in Bathroom & W.C. will have louvered.
Electrification: All Electrical Points of concealed copper wiring with Modular Switches with 15 Amp Power point in Kitchen & Bathroom. Adequate light points in parking & garden area. Telephone, TV cable connection points in Living room & Intercom Connection & nbsp
