KCP Cement Division is having State-of-art Cement Manufacturing Plants at :
UNIT-1: Macherla - 522426, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh – Serving SINCE 1958. KCP hosts a State-of-the-art cement manufacturing plant at Macherla, Andhra Pradesh. Emphasis on latest technology characterizes all operations at KCP’s Macherla Plant. India’s first Dry Process Kiln was installed here in 1958 by HUMBOLDT, Germany even while it was still a prototype in Erope. In 1962 KCP installed a second Wet Process Kiln in collaboration with FIVES LILLE CAIL, France.

Today, KCP’s 100% modernized plant with a World Bank fund incorporated the latest technology such as the energy efficient Dry Process, with a two support Kiln and a 5 stage pre heater with flash calciner. KCP also incorporates a sophisticated centralized process control system with ALLEN BRADELY hardware with Software of FLS AUTOMATION, Chennai. Acknowledged by cement experts as the fines quality premium cement, KCP Cement is very much in demand to meet the needs of critical construction projects in progress in India. The Plant now has an enhanced production capacity of over 0.80 million tonnes per annum.

UNIT-2: "Ramakrishnapuram", Muktyala is said to be one of the latest cement plants in South Asia. Latest technology availbale was used extensively.
KCP Cement Unit-II is located at Ramakrishnapuram, Muktyala Village, Jaggayyapet (M) in Krishna Dist. Of Andhra Pradesh having production capacity of 1.52 MTPA and it is one of the most modern of its kind in India, featuring FLSmidth supplied automated Robot lab facility and fully computerized operation that combine to keep consistent quality meeting the National and International Standards. KHD Humboldt, Germany designed this Unit as an energy efficient and most cost effective Cement Plant that could deliver an annual capacity of 1.52 million tonnes per annum.

In addition, this Unit has State-of-the-art process bag filters and clinker cooler filters that combine to keep dust emissions well below the National Standards.

To minimise the dependency on Grid Power, a Captive power Plant of 18 MW Capacity constructed to meet the 100% power requirement of our Cement Unit-II, Muktyala.
