Mr. R. Anand has been associated with NCL Industries Limited as a Non-Executive Independent Director since 1982. He has extensive experience in the textile Industry and is also the Chairman of Eastern Engineering Co (Bombay) Pvt Ltd. Mr. Anand was elected Chairman of the Board of NCL Industries Limited in succession of Mr. K Jayabharat Reddy, who resigned on 14th June, 2008. Besides being Chairman of the Company, he is also a Director in Nova Silk Pvt Ltd, Indo Count Industries Ltd, NSL Textiles Limited, Eastern Engineering Co (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, ETS Eastern Services Pvt Ltd, Ferrari Eastern Fans India Pvt Ltd, Smit Textile Machinery Manufacturers Pvt Ltd and Pranavadidya Spinning Mills ltd. |

Mr. Kamlesh Gandhi has extensive experience spanning over 35 years in capital and financial markets of India and has been a member of BSE for over 14 years. He has been involved in raising funds in over 320 capital issues placement of equities of several companies with retail, high net worth, and institutional investors, both domestic and overseas. Starting his career with Champaklal Investment & Financial Consultancy Ltd, (CIFCO), Mumbai, he has been responsible for initiating and building the capabilities to offer equity related capital market services to companies, setting up an Investment Management Services Division and ramping up the stockbroker activities of two well known stock broking and investment banking firms in India - Centrum Capital Limited and Religare Capital Markets Limited. He was also on the Board of Directors of Association of Merchant Bankers of India (AMBI) for 4 years since its inception and was again Director of AMBI for 2 years from 2004 to 2006. He is also one of the founder Directors of Stock Brokers Underwriters Association and has served the organization for 6 years. He is currently on the board of Bhagyanagar India Limited, Kirloskar Electric Company Limited, Bhoruka Power Corporation Limited, Sunderam Clatons Limited, and some other private limited companies. He is at present Chairmen of the Audit Committee & Nomination & Remuneration Committee. |

Lt. General (Retd) Trevor Aloysius DCunha PVSM, was commissioned in the Indian Army in June, 1965 after graduating from the National Defence Academy. Over his four-decade military career, Gen. DCunha has held key positions & undertaken numerous, important assignments. In 1975, he was selected for a one-year Munitions Course at the College of Chemical Warfare in Tambov, USSR. As a Lt. Col, he was appointed Director of Purchase, ISM London in 1987 & on return from this diplomatic assignment in 1990, he was promoted to the rank of Brigadier & appointed DDOS, 33 Corps. He was later Commandant of AOC Center, Secunderabad. In 1996, as a Major General, he was appointed Addl. Director General, Combat Vehicles responsible for provision & procurement of the Indian Army’s vehicle fleet & spares. He commanded the College of Materials Management at Jabalpur in 2002. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya in Jabalpur. Upon promotion to Lt. General, he held the position of Director General, Ordnance Services (DGOS) from which he retired in 2006. As DGOS, Gen. DCunha was awarded the Param Vashisht Sewa Medal (PVSM) for meritorious service in the field of logistics. At present, he is a Director on the board of Delhi Public School in Bangalore. Lt. Dr Kalidas Raghavapudi, (DIN No.0224518) is a mechanical engineer, who commenced his career with Bhabha Atomic Research Center before joining Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC). At NFC, he worked in various departments and rose to the position of Chairman & Chief Executive. Over his four decades of service, Dr. Raghavapudi acquired experience in developing and using technologies in hot and cold working of metals; in production activities involving metallurgical, mechanical, and chemical operations; maintenance and marketing functions; and efficient & effective management of a large scale manufacturing industry and of the scientific community involved in it. Dr. Kalidas is an Honorary Fellow of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, a Fellow of Institution of Engineers, a Fellow of Andhra Pradesh Academy of Sciences, & past Chairman of the Hyderabad Chapter as well as Life Member of the Indian Institute of Metals. He is also a Life Member of Indian Nuclear Society. In addition, Dr. Kalidas has served as a Member of Advisory Board of Birla Science Centre and Council of Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research. He has been on the Board of Uranium Corporation of India Ltd. and Indian Rare Earths Ltd. He has also been a Member of Governing Council of College of Engineering, Anantapur. He is also Chairman of the CSR Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. Dr. Kalidas was appointed an Independent Director of NCL Industries Limited on 11th Aug - 2015. |

Mr. V.S. Raju (75) is an Advocate with over 27 years standing in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh & specializes in corporate law matters. Prior to joining the Bar in the year 1988, he took voluntary retirement from Central Government service in the then Department of Company Affairs. During his tenure of government service, he occupied several senior positions including that of Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Under Secretary and then Deputy Secretary to the Government of India. Mr Raju was actively associated with the Federation of the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI). He served as the member of Management Committee and Vice President of FAPCCI, and was later elected as its President in the year 2011-12. Mr. Raju was also the public representative appointed by SEBI on the Board of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange. Mr. V.S. Raju was appointed Independent Director on the Board of NCL Industries Limited on 11th Nov, 2016. He Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and member of the Audit committee. |

Mr. K. Madhu is a Promoter of the Company. He has been a Director of the Company since 1991. He served as Joint Managing Director of the company during '91 - 92. Mr. Madhu is, at present, the Managing Director of NCL Alltek & Seccolor Ltd, a company dealing in coating products and building materials. A graduate in Commerce and Law, Mr. Madhu is an industrialist with over 25 years experience in the cement and building material industry. He is also a Director in NCL Homes Ltd, Eastern Ghats Renewable Energy Ltd, NCL VEKA Ltd, Kakatiya Industries Pvt Ltd, NCL Green Habitats Pvt Ltd, Sun Crop Sciences Pvt Ltd, NCL Holdings (A & S) Ltd and Spantile Mfg.Co.Pvt. Ltd. He is a Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. Mr. K. Madhu is the brother of Mr. K. Ravi, Managing Director. |

Mr. Vinodrai V.Goradia has been associated with the company as a Promoter Director since 1982 except for a brief spell from 1987 - 90, and is one of the original promoters. He is the proprietor of Shyamji Bhanji & Co. based in Mumbai & engaged in chemical business. Mr. Goradia brings with him extensive commercial experience. Mr. Vinodrai Goradia is not a Director in any other company. He is a member of the CSR Committee |

Mr. Ashven Datla is an MBA (Finance) from University of Hortford, CT, USA and Managing Director of NCL VEKA Limited. Earlier, he has been employed with GE, IBM, Bank of America, and Deloitte. He is, at present, a Director in Khandaleru Power Company Ltd., Hampi Energy Ltd., NCL Alltek & Seccolor Ltd., Eastern Ghats Renewable Energy Ltd., Plastone UPVC Profiles Pvt. Ltd. and Nagarjuna Cerachem Pvt. Ltd. He is at present member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Risk Management Committee. |

Mr. P. N. Raju is a Mechanical Engineer and has extensive experience in Marine Engineering in addition to business experience. He was associated with NCL Industries as a Whole Time Director from 1987 to 1990. He was again inducted as an Executive Director of the Company from 2006 and continued in the same capacity upto 30th june 2015. At present he holds the position of Director of the Company. He also Member of the Risk Management Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Raju is also a Director in Khandaleru Power Company Ltd. & Sri Laxmi Narasimha Homes Pvt. Ltd. |

Mrs. Roopa Bhupathiraju is an MBA (Marketing and Entrepreneurship) from Sivasivani Institute of Management and an MS in Marketing Communications from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. She joined NCL Industries Ltd. in the year 2006 as a Marketing Manager in Boards Division and was later elevated to Executive Assistant to Managing Director in 2007. She joined as a Non Executive Director on the board from 30th May, 2014. Mrs.Roopa is also a Non Executive Director in Sorachem Industries (P) ltd. Mrs. Bhupathiraju is the daughter of Mr. K. Ravi, Managing Director of NCL Industries Limited. |

Mr. N.G.V.S.G. Prasad (aged about 50 years) is a Graduate in Commerce from Nagarjuna University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has worked with public sector undertakings like LIC and APSRTC from 1991 to 1996 before joining NCL Group. Mr. N.G.V.S.G. Prasad has been associated with the Company for over 20 years. He has been heading the Finance and Accounts function of the Company and, over the years, has risen from General Manager (F & A) to President and CFO. Mr. Prasad was elevated to the Board of Directors at the Board meeting held on 30th May, 2016 and designated Executive Director & CFO w.e.f 30th May, 2016. |

Mr. K. Gautam is a BBM (Hons) from ICFAI, Hyderabad and an M.Sc (Entrepreneurship and Business Management) from University of Bedfordshire, UK. He started with the Company as a Management Trainee in June, 2007. Later, he was promoted as Manager (Projects) during the year 2008. Mr. Gautam does not hold directorship of any other company. At present, he is Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st August, 2009. He is related to Mr. K. Madhu, Director as his son. |

Mr. K. Ravi is a Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering with specialization in power stations network and systems. He has over 40 years experience in managing cement, chemical and hydelpower units. He successfully implemented the hydel power project of NCL Energy Ltd.(Now merged with NCL Industries Ltd) Apart from being the Managing Director of NCL Industries, Mr. K. Ravi holds a Directorship in Hampi Energy Limited, Kakatiya Industries Private Limited, Nagarjuna Cerachem Private Limited, Deccan Nitrates Private Limited, and Vikram Chemicals Private Limited. |
