Process Cleaning Detergents

Process2Clean 2 is a phosphoric acid cleaning detergent with wetting agents. P2C 2 is VAI’s most effective acid cleaning agent. Ideal for most all inorganic soil loads. Routine use of this product reduces corrosion, pitting, and rusting.

Process2Clean 3 is a hydroxyacetic acid detergent/descaler with wetting agents. P2C 3 is an environmentally friendly cleaner/descaler that is extremely effective in removing inorganic soils and free metals as well as reducing corrosion, pitting, and rusting.

Process2Clean 5 is a highly built neutral pH cleaning agent that can be used as a stand-alone detergent or as an additive to improve the cleaning performance of all VAI cleaning agents.

Process2Clean 6 is a chlorinated alkaline cleaning agent. P2C 6 contains buffering agents to maintain substrate integrity. P2C 6 is capable of removing highly proteinaceous soils, oils, waxes, creams, and polymers.

Cage2Wash 2 is an enhanced alkaline cleaning agent. It is formulated with a premium surfactant system, chelating agents, and other critically essential cleaning ingredients. The high levels of chelating agent make this product an ideal detergent in all water conditions.

Cage2Wash 3 is a phosphoric acid cleaning agent designed specifically for automation wash equipment. Routine use of this product reduces corrosion, pitting, and rusting.

Cage2Wash 5 is an acid cleaner/ descaler cleaning agent. It is formulated with citric acid, a unique dual surfactant system, chelating agents, and other critically essential cleaning ingredients.

Cage2Wash N is used to adjust solution pH, and is applicable for all types of effluent treatment. It is used to neutralize acidic solutions and allow for permissible effluent compliance where local municipal pH ranges are established.
