| Started the company, Maxtech Industries by amalgamation of 3 entities that is 1) Gore’s filtration people, Creastive TechnoSolutions and Aishwarya Construction & engg. This was done to bring the world’s best quality Gore filter abgs in India at an affordable price with “Make in India” concept. Mr. Dilip Sakhpara worked for W.L. GORE & ASSOCIATES in USA for six years before starting the branch office in Mumbai in 1992. W. L.Gore & Associates invented the PTFE membrane technology 40 years ago. Dilip was the first to introduce the concept of PTFE membrane filter bags in India. He has been working in PTFE membrane field for last 28 years. As General Manager and country leader (Filtration Division – India), his responsibility included development of the market for filtration products in India. Dilip holds many patents and publications in USA and India. He holds patents for novel adhesives, coatings and lamination processes for PTFE membrane in USA. He has written and published many articles in India in the field of air pollution control, power savings, methods to evaluate filtration products, selection criteria for filter bags, productivity improvements, etc. Dilip holds a masters degree in chemistry from state university of new york (S.U.N.Y.) at Albany, New york and Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from University Dept. of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai. He is recognized as an expert in the field of filter media selection for bag filters, design of bag filters and operation.
