Brief Profile
S Vikash Ranjan is presently working as a Technical Expert at GIZ, New Delhi and supporting the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power (Government of India) in various fields. He is mainly involved in the implementation of National Mission on Enhanced Energy Efficiency (NMEEE), a component of National Action Plan for Climate Change (NAPCC). Under the mission, he is involved in Perform, Achieve and Trade (PAT) scheme for development of Energy Norms and Standards, Normalizations, Monitoring & Verification protocols for Industrial and Power sectors. Prior to joining GIZ, he was in the field of Engineering and Process consultancy in Cement, Power, Steel, Glass, Sugar, Plastics, and Lighting industries. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Project Planning, Design and Equipment selection, Quality Assurance and Inspection, Project execution and commissioning. He has commissioned several projects in Cement and Power Plants.
