Tata Steel India: Established in 1907, Tata Steel founded and developed India’s first industrial city, now Jamshedpur, where the company established one of Asia’s first integrated steel plants. The Jamshedpur works currently comprises a 9.7 MnTPA crude steel production facility and a variety of finishing mills. Tata Steel has a significant presence in allied and downstream areas through its various Strategic Business Units, namely the Tubes Division, Wire Division, Bearings Division, Ferro Alloys and Minerals Division, Industrial By-Products Management Division, Agrico Division and Tata Growth Shop. The company also possesses and operates captive iron ore, coking coal and chrome ore mines.

The Company is setting up a 6 MnTPA greenfield steel project at Kalinganagar in Jajpur district of Odisha. The project is being set up in two phases of 3 MnTPA capacity each, the first phase of which has been commissioned in FY'16. Tata Steel is also examining further capacity enhancement through greenfield projects in Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, etc. The Company also possesses and operates captive iron ore, coal and chrome ore mines.

Tata Steel Europe : Tata Steel’s European operations have a crude steel production capacity of around 18 million tonnes and steel production sites in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Spain and Turkey, as well as the USA. The company’s long and flat products cater to the construction, automotive, packaging, engineering and other markets worldwide. Tata Steel’s integrated steel works at Port Talbot and Scunthorpe in the UK and at IJmuiden in the Netherlands comprise the company’s three European operating hubs – Strip Products UK, Long Products EU and Strip Products MLE. NatSteel Holdings: NatSteel traces its lineage to 1961, when it was incorporated as National Iron and Steel Mills. A pioneer and key partner in Singapore’s nation building efforts, our products are used in most construction projects island-wide, from the iconic Changi International Airport to the public housing that is the trademark of Singapore’s landscape.

Singapore is home to NatSteel’s headquarters as well as its flagship plant, which boasts one of the largest single downstream rebar fabrication operations in the world. The Singapore plant is the only local steel mill with an integrated upstream and downstream operation, where steel is manufactured through recycling scrap, and fabricated according to customers’ needs.

NatSteel’s operations span across Asia, with operations in Singapore, China, Vietnam and Malaysia. The company is also setting up operations in Hong Kong.

Tata Steel Thailand (TSTH) : Tata Steel Thailand (TSTH) is the largest producer of long steel products in Thailand, with a manufacturing capacity of 1.7 MnTPA. Through its subsidiaries, TSTH manufactures rebars, wire rods and small sections. Rebar products comprise round bars and deformed bars for use mainly in the construction industry, including roads, bridges, buildings and houses. The company's manufacturing activities are undertaken entirely by its subsidiary companies - Siam Iron and Steel at Saraburi Province, NTS Steel Group at Chonburi Province, and Siam Construction Steel at Rayong province.
