Ms. BitulGangal Architect, PGP REUIM, IGBC AP BitulGangal is an Architect with MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from NICMAR, Pune. She is currently working with a Fortune 500 firm. Her interest and experience span across real estate advisory, transaction management and urban planning. As an Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional (IGBC AP), she is working on Green Villages and Fringe Areas with IGBC. She has also been felicitated with IGBC Green Village Award (Gold Rating) for registering 2 villages - Tilpat and Bhond in Haryana with IGBC. Her extensive research and field study on Fringe Areas and her research paper - “Sustainability of Urban Fringe Development and Management – A Case Study of NCT – Delhi” has been published by Springer, Singapore . Her experience with IGBC includes designing training modules to educate villagers by creating visual graphics, movies and brochures.
