-Vinay Kumar Tiwary, recipient of Vishwasraiyaa Award and Bharat NirmanRatna and founder of an organization named Technoculture Building Centre (P) Ltd. This organization is the consortium of five different companies that serve the people needs in five different segments of Low-cost housing solution for masses, Research and Development in Biotechnology, Agriculture, and Human chronic diseases. Retail services for socially and economically backward classes of the community. The journey starts way back in 1991 after the resignation from a well-reputed job in Indian Railway. He moved to a jungle where he started social work of uplifting the most backward community of society in the guidance of Mr. DwarkoSundrani. His first endeavor was the construction of rehabilitation homes near Bodhgaya for the socially backward community funded by the Government. The houses were constructed for just Rs.14,500 a unit, comprising of two rooms, a verandah, a kitchen, and a toilet within 256 sqft, 200 of such units were constructed. The cost as per government scheduled rates were Rs.37,000 per unit.This project gave instant recognition to Mr. Tiwary, and he was made a member of a newly formed National Standing Committee on Rural Housing under CAPARD. The floodgates opened, Mr. Roger Boner, encouraged him for construction of schools under District Primary Education Programme in Bihar. In 1995 he founded VastuVihar which is the largest real estate firm in eastern India.
