Mr. Shariyarr heads the Manufacturing Locations of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., Appliance Division. He has two factories under him, one located in Shirwal near Pune & other at Mohali near Chandigarh.
He has to his credit a total working experience of 19 years. He started his career with Godrej as a Graduate Engineer Trainee.
He has varied experience and exposure since he has worked in various departments like Production, PPC, Quality and now overall Operations.
Mr. Shariyarr is known for leading many initiatives in the company such as ERP implementation, Six Sigma, Balance Score Card, Lean Manufacturing & now an active member of the CII cluster initiative.
Under his leadership, both the manufacturing locations have undergone a massive transformation in operations as well as culture and today the Shirwal unit has the distinction of becoming the first and only unit in the country to achieve the Green Co Platinum rating.
He has a passion for all the activities he undertakes & always strives for perfection. He loves swimming & spending time with nature.
