Mr. Zurvan Marolia has been with Godrej & Boyce for the last 29 years, starting his career as a management trainee in 1987
In the course of these 29 years, he has established five new manufacturing plants, two of which are being awarded today, one platinum and one gold.
In his present capacity of Sr. Vice President & Head – Product Supply, Mr. Zurvan has spearheaded the development of a robust supply chain to achieve Godrej Interio's ambitious growth plan.
He is presently in charge of the entire manufacturing and distribution operations from Godrej Interio plants based in five locations in North and West India; besides a dedicated contract manufacturing unit in North East India.
He is actively involved in SME development through the Godrej CII OEM clusters, wherein sustainability is given core focus as a part of operational excellence
