Completed BE in 1993, from Bangalore University.
Joined TKM in 1997, as Engineer, during the plant construction, and ever since serving in various capacities.
As a part of Plant Engg, and Engg Department was responsible for
- Operation & Maintenance of Utilities.
- Planning and execution of plant Wide Expansions ( Civil, Mech, Elect)
- Setting up common maintenance for all shops ( Press, Weld, Paint, Assembly, Utility)
- Plant wide Energy reduction activities.
Currently working as DGM in Plant Adminstration Division responsible for
- Manage the day to day plant administrative operations for ensuring Safety & Environmental compliance at TKM plants, adherence to safety standards as per Toyota guidelines while complying with all the environmental and legal standards.
- Drive TKM Jiritsuka ( self reliance) activities across the plant ( Safety, Cost, Environment, Standardized work).
- Act as single window to other functions as a single window for Manufacturing.
